Very competent and was very helpful and friendly and explained many things, regarding the alarm system. We have been with ITG for 2 years and would recommend them and their engineers, any problems we have had have been sorted quickly and efficiently. 

We have now had ITG for 1 year and have a police monitored alarm system. The system has been excellent and have had no false activations which is breath of fresh air as the previous alarm in our old house constantly went off. 

I have had an alarm for 1 year  and have been very pleased with it and the app which allows me to monitor the situation at home. The engineer chris was very helpful, arrived as planned and was clearly very knowledgeable. He serviced the alarm was efficient explaining the situation and what if anything needed doing. I would highly recommend.
